Zucchini, Onion, Garlic and Ricotta Tart

Ingredients:

1 pie crust or puff pastry

1 med zucchini

1 med onion

1 head green garlic

Ricotta cheese about 6-8 oz..

Fresh basil to your liking 

Instructions: Place puff pastry or your favorite pie dough on a cookie sheet.

Cover all but a 1 inch frame with ricotta cheese and fresh basil.

Slice your Wakingweb Farm zucchini, green garlic, & onion thin. Layer overlapping. Sprinkle with asiago romano& parmesan cheese

Bake 425⁰ 35-45 minutes or till done to your liking!
